Surf and Turk Burgers

Recipe

Ingredients
1 Pound – Ground Turkey
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Skinny Scampi Seasoning
8 Medium – Raw Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined and Tails Removed

Directions
Combine turkey and seasoning in a bowl and combine together using your hands. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 servings and form into patties. Gently press 2 shrimp into the center of the patty and using your hands, re-form the patty to cover the shrimp with meat.
To grill: preheat outdoor grill over medium high heat and cook burgers for 5-7 minutes on each side until center reaches a temperature of 165.
To pan cook: drizzle a little oil in the bottom of a nonstick pan (try Stacey Hawkins Luscious Lemon Oil or Roasted Garlic Oil for additional flavor) and heat over medium high heat. Cook burgers for 5-7 minutes on each side until center reaches an internal temperature of 165.
Serve over greens, on rolls, or in lettuce wraps with your favorite condiments. Serves 4.
