Ingredients  

Finger licking chicken- analysis featuring thighs

Finger licking chicken- analysis featuring thighs

1.5 lbs – Boneless Skinless Chicken (thigh or breasts)
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Honey BBQ Seasoning
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Garlic & Spring Onion Seasoning
1 T – Stacey Hawkins Southwestern Seasoning or Phoenix Sunrise Seasoning

Instructions

Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with all seasonings.
Toss to coat.
Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours until fork tender.
Shred with 2 forks and serve over rolls, salad, in burritos or enjoy straight up!
